Gain City Parts Sdn. Bhd., established in 1997, is one of the leading suppliers to the refrigeration and air- conditioning industry for spare parts, tooling, components and technical supports.
GainCity Parts covers the KlangValley market through a network of 8 branches which located at Kajang, Puchong, Klang, Pandan Indah, Serdang, Kepong, Setapak, Kuchai Lama. The company’s head office is based in Puchong, Selangor and provides the central hub for marketing, administration, warehousing, purchasing, and technical supports.

Established since 1997, Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd is specializing in the field of air-conditioning. As a trading company, our core business includes supplying, distributing and wholesaling of a whole range of air-conditioning and refrigerating related products from a variety leading brands supplied by our strong network of reliable manufacturers and suppliers, both local and international. We are a major authorised dealer of leading air conditioner brands in Malaysia, and the preferred partner of several of several established air conditioner brands, including Panasonic, Acson, Daikin, Samsung, Fujiaire, Midea, Haier, Mitsubishi Electric and etc.
Beyond supplying air-conditioning and refrigerating parts or components, we also ventured into Air Moving Equipment namely, ceiling fan, ventilating fan and home shower system.
Where do you see your brand in the next 5 years?
With the extensive experience in the business since 1997, we invite interested parties who are looking for a channel partner for distribution or join-venture. Besides that, we are planning to extend with more than 25 branches over the Klang valley before year 2020.
Training and support do you offer your brand?
To convenience for our customers, we have retail shop at KlangValley area which are located at Kajang, Puchong, Klang, Pandan Indah, Serdang, Kepong, Setapak and Kuchai Lama to supply residential/commercial air-conditioner, washing machine parts, refrigeration spare parts, tooling and others related components as per request. We cater the needs of other traders in the industry by stocking and supplying equipment, parts and related material to facilitate customer needs. With total commitment to excellent customer service, our team of people is ready to provide with technical support whether it is before or after sales.
